Currently, public universities have medical-dental services for their employees and students. Within them, productivity and efficiency are two key variables for their function. Based on this premise, this article determined the productivity in the Medical-Dental Services at the University of Zulia. The research was descriptive, with a non-experimental, trans-sectional, field design. The population under study consisted of 7 doctors who work in this service. Results evidenced productivity in the emergency Medical-Dental Services; conclusions are that this could increase to offer better attention to the users.
