The rapid and deep transformations to which the knowledge society is submitted make it tend to establish peer alliances for generating innovation. Thus, the establishment of networks gathers strength, given the characteristics distinguished in this type of structure: fluidity of communication and complementarity. This article constructs a series of concepts and interpretations through logical methods such as abduction, deduction and induction that describe networks as structures for generating innovation to achieve endogenous development.
