The research on cultural residential urban facts in based in a constructive process that goes from the immediate to the more complex aspects in the social realization of the man, looking to precise its symbolic collective power. This paper offers the central Joropo dance in the city and approaches the idea of social realization of time in its cultural dynamic. Time is understood as the possibility of plurality of orders and its social realization as the different ways that communities have to appropriate, for and in them, the present, past and future. The same focus of this reflection approaches the localization of other traditional music genres that opens a space in the city and, this way, generating a signification of time in its different dimensions: historical, imaginary, psychological, etc. the general intention is to father ideas in order to transform the universal and teleological view of social development and take the research work in this field into the challenge of translating the diversity of meanings from the study of the different collectives of a nation.
