Resumen
RODRIGUEZ BELLO, Luisa. THE METHAPHORIC AND CONCEPTUAL MEANING OF "THE AESTHETIC, SOCIAL AND IDEOLOGICAL WARP OF THE INDIGENISM IN LATIN AMERICA". Investigación y Postgrado [online]. 2004, vol.19, n.2, pp.203-212. ISSN 1316-0087.
The main purpose of the present essay is to propose a semyotic interpretation of the book "Aesthetic, Social and Ideological Warp of the Indigenism in Latin-America" written by Ítalo Tedesco. This interpretation tries to give account of all the conceptual density of the work. A discourse analysis that takes as starting point the metaphor is carried out. It is assumed indeed that the interpretation of the basic metaphor of the text allows the organization and distribution of the contents of the book, without missing its ethical and ideological foundations. The analyzed book is basic for an understanding of the discourses around the Latin-American Indians.
