This article is about the concept of gnoseological production space, as an element to categorize the research carried out in the education field at international level, during the last five years. Periodical publications files of four Venezuelan universities were consulted through an intentional sample. As a result, 26 international magazines on educational topics were found. 986 titles were scheduled. Among them: research reports, theoretical articles, essays and books. Concepts on research line and topic area were analyzed in order to establish the grouping criteria. Additionally, the concept of gnoseological production space was proposed due to its study limitations. This research led to the identification, definition UCAB and illustration of twelve (12) gnoseological production space in education.
