TOVAR, Liumar. Human interaction in the construction of organizational knowledge. Investigación y Postgrado [online]. 2008, vol.23, n.1, pp.231-247. ISSN 1316-0087.
Globalization attempts to establish a world order where economy, politics and culture share spaces. Human interaction is essential and relevant for the construction of new knowledge capable of offsetting reductionism, the sense of exclusion, which results from the different degrees of development among the nations. This concern fostered our research with the objective to base, from the epistemological standpoint, the interaction and the construction of knowledge of the various social contexts. The research work was tackled from an hermeneutical perspective, which allowed a process of knowledge construction that would foster in its members, through education, qualitative transformations that would in turn promote competitiveness in the social sphere in which they interacted.
