PESCA DE ACOSTA, Claudia Adriana  e  MORENO DE TOVAR, Liuval. Towards the re-dimensioning of educational organizations: an intelligent organizational architecture. Investigación y Postgrado [online]. 2008, vol.23, n.1, pp.265-283. ISSN 2244-7474.

The objective of this documentary research is to review the various theoretical approaches on Educational Organization (EO), in order to make an important contribution towards the consolidation and the building of innovating knowledge regarding these paradigms. In this regard the Educational Organization is envisaged as an Intelligent Organizational Architecture that, according to this approach, has to re-create itself in the discovery, invention and creation aspects, as these are the elements that will give way to the Architecture. Thus it is import to put in motion the Architecture archetype of Prospective Intelligent Educational Organizations, which is defined as the process of building, constructing and developing in a systemic-permanent way areas such as: Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management and Construction of the Virtual Campus.

Palavras-chave : educational organizations; intelligent organizations; architecture of the organizations; educational architect.
