Resumo

This paper states the reason, the purpose and the approach of this doctorate and how it was conceived and authorized to commence at IPC in 2007. A mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods was used to obtain the basic information. The doctorate’s general conception was founded on complexity, general system, socio-cultural and cognitive theories from Morin (1994, 1999, and 2000), Bertalanffy (1976), Vygotsky (1979) and Ausubel, Novak y Hanesian (1986), respectively.
