Undoubtedly in the socio-economic field informality is a widespread phenomenon that covers a large economic and social diversity and heterogeneity. The results presented in this article enphasize the enterprising capability of this sector and the fundamental axis to set in motion a formalizing strategy. The goal is to contribute to the creation of a more solid and wider entrepreneurs network. The study was carried out in the framework of a programme for technical assistance and consultancy to PYME entrepreneurs of the formal as well as the informal sector. Thus a work programme was designed that included a series of workshops to help strengthen and offer capabilities and tools to formal and informal organizations and businesses. The qualitative information resulting from the exhibits, presentations and discussions was furthered using research instruments such as life stories, in depth interviews and case studies. The results of this study are a new way to approach this topic and, from our point of view, a contribution to what is a debate that cannot be delayed any further, in other words the widening and formalization of the entrepreneuers weaving and the sources of employment in Venezuela and Latin America.
