This article analyzes the ideas and the theoretical revision that define the debate about globalization and the global society of knowledge. It is elaborated from a hermeneutic methodological orientation; and from the critical perspective of inclusiveness as an emancipated and alternative expression. As a theoretical practical basis in the construction of a proposal of alternative globalization, there is a revision of the philosophical perspective of liberation. The analysis reveals that the answer to the dilemma of development in an interrelated world as a whole reveals not only the effective incorporation to the society of information and knowledge, but most of all, the exchange in the cultural diversity.
