This research was oriented to generate an interesting epistemological debate about thinking of the postdoctoral research from a transcomplex perspective. Once discussed the theoretical concepts of postdoctoral research, complexity and transdiscipliness, the object of study is raised through the comprehensive hermeneutics. Some of the most important aspects conclude, in one aspect, that the postdoctoral research constitutes the basics of a new scientific narrative justified by a transcendent thought; and the other aspect considers the transcomplexity as a new way of thinking, feeling and living.
