The main purpose is to visibilize the ideological marks in which gender based violence have taken place. How the mythological stories sealed women as the dangerous creatures, weaks, incapables and so on. Mythological thoughts, ancient marks responsible for the differences between women and men. In this article some authors are reviwed . Authors who represent the handling of this theme as relevant to reach gender based violence. They offer interesting points of view in order to understand the ideological roots of gender based violence in everyday life. In modern times for instance, we found interesting and influential figures such as Rousseau, who justify gender based violence. Women and men identity was conformed by Sofia and Emilio model. Gender based violence is a result of a sexual- social agreement in which men have right to seize power against women. Gender based violence is a consequence of these two separate spheres the public and the private. Two different worlds of relations: women condemned by nature to stay at home, to be a mother and to take care of the family exclusively. Excluded and submitted to a mans power. In this order of ideas, gender based violence in everyday life, is a consequence of a misogyny culture. Its very important to be aware of the violence against woman in order to analyse from different ideological perspectives this theme.
