It’s impossible refer to feminism ignoring the present and future living conditions of most women in the world. Feminism, as a radical movement of the 70’s starring by women fighting for their emancipation, had the merit of imposing meanings, reaching legitimacy among wider audiences, forcing to a continuous rethinking of successes and mistakes, and to a search and deepening of different perspectives in theory and discontinued practices. In these new impulses of millions of women workers and popular sectors lie forces that will determine the future of women’s movement in Latin America.
