A study on bioremediation of soils at the landfill of Pavia (Barquisimeto, Lara state, Venezuela), in terms of contaminant metals Zn, Mg, using the extractor and removal capacity of the California Red Worm (CRW) (Eisenia foètida) is presented, the technique used for this purpose is the FAAS, with coupling of a FIA system for the estimation of these metals in slurries. Controlled laboratory essays weighing 45 g of soil from the landfill, place 5 worms was weighed and measured and quantified these metals initially at 5, 10 and 15 days, the values reported in the samples initially isoconcentración allow mapping of the analytes, using the Kriging method of interpolation, allowing estimation of the concentration of analytes by projection lines and shaded areas established in the plane; additional reference essays are used with soil samples contaminated with aqueous standards of the analytes, in both cases and for the two studied elements clearance levels are reported close to 60% after 15 days of study, being next to the CRW FI-AAS system, in excellent alternatives for the bioremediation of highly impacted site as landfill.
