In the last years we have come observing like to level national and internationally, there make increasingly intense the use of the technologies of information and communication in the field of the health. Nevertheless, and in spite of many initiatives exist in this area, problems have started arising with the interoperability of these platforms, to form islands of information, without considering that the implemented systems do not adjust to the given reality his complexity and extension. The aim of this work, it is the design of archetypes based on the norm ISO/CEN 13606, as technological tools for the construction of interoperable systems for the support and communication of the Clinical History Occupational Electronics. This one is a investigation of the type descriptive - projective. The sources of information analyzed were as labor health, Clinical Electronic History and standards for his communication, there designed the archetypes based on the norm ISO/CEN 13606 across the LinkEHR tool, for the selected domain: Identification of labor risks, as integral part of the Clinical Occupational History. As conclusion, are obtained a series of Archetypes or structures of metadatos, based on the standard ISO/CEN 13606, which allows to represent the information of a structured way advancing towards the interoperability in the laboral sanitary information systems of the country.
