In this paper is reviewed the experimental techniques for the study and simulation of arrhythmias, and validated a mathematical model for this two-dimensional simulations used a detailed biophysical model responses were obtained in different configurations, characterized the effect on Poincare oscillator of a single, isolated stimulus is delivered as a better response to heart rate, we proceed to the consideration of model Bonhoeffer-van der Pol (BVP) model is seen by many as a simplified alternative, which shows the similarity of the characteristics of the phase space of the first to the reduction of phase space model behavior Hodgkin-Huxley. The differential equations representing the BVP model are very similar to those of the van der Pol, through the implementation of a Kalman filter proceeds to the noise removal or corporal static what was obstructing the work of the filter; and finally, simulations allow to know more accurately the physiological changes and their impact when some parameters are changed. The overall result suggests that this model can be used to improve the design of control system of cardiac arrhythmias.
