The increasing incorporation of electronic sensors in the industry has identified the need to propose methods to help reduce wiring costs as much as channeling. In these cases, wireless solutions are very convenient, however, there is no standard method to enable its implementation regardless of the owner to use technology. For this reason, in this research a methodology for the design and implementation of a wireless sensor network is proposed. This method has seven steps: detection measurement needs of the environment, environment characterization, study of available devices associated with wireless sensor networks , selecting the type of network to use , perform calculations, experimental trials with the devices individually deploy the network in half. The method was tested in a cement plant by measuring the temperature in four distant points -based sensors and wireless devices. The results were observed by internet from a central computer.
