Abstract
ARANGO SERNA, Martín Darío and SERNA URAN, Conrado Augusto. New contract net negotiation protocol based on fuzzy inference applied to the supply chain. uct [online]. 2016, vol.20, n.81, pp.176-187. ISSN 1316-4821.
The supply chain can be modeled as a set of actors or agents with interests and constraints that must work in concert to achieve common goals. These coordination processes are often complex, first, by the lack of integration between these actors and secondly by the lack of procedures or protocols to facilitate proper handling of information received or generated in these processes. As a solution strategy, in this article a new negotiation protocol formulated to be implemented in a multi-agent system in which actors in the supply chain are treated as agents that are integrated and coordinated to achieve common goals proposed . The protocol integrates fuzzy inference techniques as a strategy to handle the uncertainty in the information in the supply chain. The results show the effectiveness with which this protocol can be implemented.
