The work was focused on the evaluation and redesign of processes in the leather treatment production system. Leather treatment is a booming industry in the Andean regions of Latin America. In this sense, this study is based on a tannery located in Peru. That is why this work is dedicated to developing an approach to improve processes based on the optimization of the movements of personnel and the correct study of the planning of the areas. where the actions that aim to obtain leather are executed using strategies that do not require expensive investments in tools or software, since what is sought is to optimize processes without making large capital investments.
