Developing capabilities in religious education in the context of new technologies is essential for teachers in this area. This research proposed a training plan to use digital educational resources to improve the achievement of skills in religious education teachers. The methodology was non-experimental, descriptive, and transversal, with a quantitative approach. The sample and population were all 30 teachers in the area of religious education. The survey and documentary analysis sheet, which was valid and reliable, were applied to collect the information. The results indicated deficiencies in using digital educational resources and the achievement of capacities. The correlation of the variables is significant direct and positive, allowing the proposal of a training plan to achieve capacities in religious education teachers using digital educational resources.
