The research focused on proving that a model of physical strengthening through recreational and sports activities improves the emotional state of students and consequently improves their quality of life. For this purpose, the biological, psychological, and social conditions of 26 students were analyzed employing a questionnaire applied as a pretest and post-test. The control group was given traditional classes with care and attention to students with specific educational needs, while the experimental group was given the designed model. The results reveal that the model had a good influence on the well-being of the students, generating notable changes in their attitudes, mood, and, consequently, in their quality of life. However, it is fundamental to update the model continuously.
