Abstract
VELASCO CHERE, Miguel Ángel et al. Administrative management model and emergency services in Public Hospitals. uct [online]. 2024, vol.28, n.especial, pp.309-317. Epub Dec 30, 2024. ISSN 1316-4821. https://doi.org/10.47460/uct.v28ispecial.828.
This paper analyzed the importance of administrative management in emergency services in public hospitals. A satisfaction survey was applied to people visiting certain health centers to know more precisely the factors that cause some discomfort among visitors. The main results show that it is necessary to strengthen public hospitals' management models to make them more effective and efficient in emergency care. This feature is essential to ensure user satisfaction and contribute to the commitment of the health center to guarantee timely and efficient patient care. Thus, it is necessary to implement an administrative management model based on the theories of Max Weber and Peter Druker, who have developed proposals that contribute significantly to suitable emergency management.
