Considering the social model of disability, its inclusion in all areas is postulated, however, people with motor disabilities face various barriers, including employment, which constitutes a great challenge and responsibility for society and the State. This paper analyzes access to work and job stability for people with motor disabilities. It is qualitative research, with a design based on grounded theory, made up of a sample of eleven lawyers. Among the results obtained, it was found that there is a protective legal framework that, through labor quotas, allows access to work, the same does not happen with job stability since there is no follow-up in this regard or special regulations, in this sense it is urgent to implement public policies that ensure the indicated rights and thus the integral development of people with motor disabilities. based on their human dignity.
