This work evaluated the reliability of an instrument designed to measure organizational learning culture. Organizational culture is a valuable resource for the projection of companies and their effectiveness and competitiveness in the market. For this evaluation, quantitative research was used, and a structured questionnaire of 30 items was applied to 200 participants, obtaining 197 valid cases. The results made it possible to identify strengths in practices such as customer orientation and the environment of trust, as well as areas for improvement related to training and autonomy of workers. The findings highlight the instrument's relevance as a reliable tool for organizational diagnoses and designing strategies that promote continuous learning in local governments. In addition, it was possible to recognize that an effective organizational practice considerably improves the company's vision and its projection to the target audience.
