Resumen
HERNANDEZ, Marbelys y PARGAS, Luz. Social representation of classroom projects in initial education teachers. La Revista Venezolana de Educación (Educere) [online]. 2005, vol.9, n.28, pp.87-94. ISSN 1316-4910.
Classroom projects are planning strategies for learning recently included in the Basic Initial Education Curriculum (BIEC) in Venezuela. In the interest of studying how teachers of this level undertake this project, it was considered relevant to include the theory and methodology of Social Representations (SR) (in terms of S. Moscovici and some followers), to research the uniqueness and diversity of such representations, in a small random sample. Through discourse analysis using in depth interviews with teachers of five educational institutes in the city of Mérida, we obtained an analytical frame that shows information on conceptualization, attitudes, values and practices in terms of an approximation to the representations. The analysis is offered in this article.
Palabras clave : Social Representations; classroom projects; education.
