A thorough reflection about university teaching leads to questioning planning, management and evaluation basis; obviously relegated and left asleep in a long administrative nap in our Latin-American universities. In this essay we reflect on those possible explanations, relating these three categories that seem key issues to offer a useful and acceptable answer. The object of this study is to get closer to these questions.
