This article is part of the action-research entitled: “Qualitative evaluation, an experience in High school Education”. In this text two conception of evaluation are studied separately. First, the so-called traditional -conductivist-positivist- which dominated teaching-learning process and its evaluation by the end of the last century. And second, the current constructivist-qualitative tendency. The first one can be differentiated by being completely external and emphasizing the result. The second place emphasis in the processes of integral and integration character.
