SANCHEZ, Carla. Reading and writing evaluation: observation records in professional teaching practice. La Revista Venezolana de Educación (Educere) [online]. 2005, vol.9, n.31, pp.559-562. ISSN 1316-4910.
As reflexive practices, reading and writing must be framed within the developing student’s reality; both being inherent to the teaching-learning process our students develop. As such, reading and writng evaluation will be presented as a resourceful, dinamic, continuous action, to introduce more and more complex educational processes from the student’s reality. From this perspective, evaluation must be oriented, as a dinamic process, towards written language’s opening and contact, immersed in a space where questions arise, answers are inferred and quieries are articulated within pedagogic doing itself. As informative texts, descriptive records turn out to be very valuable to the student’s education within the pedagogic practice. Descriptive records, as instruments for collecting data, will allow Professional Practice students to use their theoretical knoweledge to elaborate educational reality diagnose.
