This paper centers around the discussion of the definition, acquisition processes, use and structure of knowledge in the proposal for curricular reform in primary education: (third stage) and Venezuelan middle-schools (2003-2005), around the meaning of the Bolivarian high-schools, within the philosophical context of the Venezuelan Bolivarian education.
