Resumo

This essay is the result of an investigation work which has started in order to remove tacking from those aspects which are assumed within the teacher ’s formation, as to transmitted and acquired knowledge, which is transferred from generation to generation, as we mentioned, within the collective teacher ’s formation in Argentina. This last situation drives into a circle of repetition of activities and logic, what installs a unique way to approach the complex reality of the teacher ’s formation in our country. Within the research, we have done lots of semi-structured interviews to teachers, which are included inside as a matter of information. Our first analyses drive us to infer that a change of attitude is needed for the teacher ’s formation; a perspective where complexity is opposed to lineal and of recipes models, in order to promote in the formation process of the student, a dynamic and complex knowledge structure which would be able to change and transform itself, facing at the diverse situations of educative reality.
