This essay is the result of an investigation work which has started in order to remove tacking from those aspects which are assumed within the teacher s formation, as to transmitted and acquired knowledge, which is transferred from generation to generation, as we mentioned, within the collective teacher s formation in Argentina. This last situation drives into a circle of repetition of activities and logic, what installs a unique way to approach the complex reality of the teacher s formation in our country. Within the research, we have done lots of semi-structured interviews to teachers, which are included inside as a matter of information. Our first analyses drive us to infer that a change of attitude is needed for the teacher s formation; a perspective where complexity is opposed to lineal and of recipes models, in order to promote in the formation process of the student, a dynamic and complex knowledge structure which would be able to change and transform itself, facing at the diverse situations of educative reality.
