Using descriptive field research, a diagnostic of the profile for the teachers in the area of work teaching in theI stage of Primary Education and the technical specialties in the Mid -professional level in the Fe y Alegría education centers in the states of Táchira, Mérida, Trujillo and Apure was put together. For this, a questionnaire was validated and applied to 66 teachers. The analysis of the results shows that the teachers are mainly male, university graduates from diferent fields and without initial education training, among other characteristics.
