The main purpose of this research was to interpret the behavior found in the practice of teaching literature in Middle School and High School, from the actors that intervene in the process from the perspective of a dialogical space with subjectivity spaces and aesthetic values. For this purpose, a qualitative-ethnographic methodology was employed in the three public middle school institutions of the city of Valera. The results of the research proved that the pedagogical dynamics for teaching literature are not really developed from a formative dialogical process where the teacher, student and literary text interact harmoniously. This personal experience develops the sensitivity and intelligibility from the educated to the literary masterpiece.
