Contrary to the often shared opinion it has been proved, through innovative and systematic studies, that the changes that cannot be postponed in the complex formal teaching/learning process do not depend exclusively on the teaching methods and techniques’ quantity/quality ratio used. Under multiple favorable conditions, the ratio ’s contribution to the success of the desired learning is unbeatable, but it is not a universally valid panacea, it is a factor of complementary order. A much more determining concept is that of man who supports himself to plan, organize, administrate and evaluate the schooling process which teleologically aims towards favoring the actors personality ’s integral, equilibrated and harmonical development in a lucky educational experience
