Abstract

Is it necessary to transform university into a proactive, innovative, flexible organization with critical capacity to evaluate its own development aiming to introduce the changes required by the dynamic society of knowledge? From comparing face to face two educational institutions: a bicentenary traditional university and a recently created complex multi university, both analyzed from their goals, objectives mission, vision and classroom module’s perspective, reviewed on their internet web sites and other documents; signs guiding institutional learning can be derived to provide answers to a 21st century filled with uncertainty, hope and multi-knowledge.
