Abstract

BARBOZA P, Francis D; AGUIRRE DE RAMIREZ, Rubiela  and  PENA GONZALEZ, Josefina. An experience to stimulate written composition on teacher's education university students. Educere [online]. 2008, vol.12, n.40, pp.101-108. ISSN 1316-4910.

The worked focused on the production of narrative texts by the students of teacher's education, which allowed them to reflect about the writing process and the possibilities of building different visions from a given topic. The study objectives were as follows: -Developing text production on these students from the composition of suggested topics. -Stimulating thought signs, wishes and believes through the production of narrative texts. -Reflection from the texts produced by the students on the validity of different versions that does not match the author's proposal about the topic. After reading several texts in the classroom, 45 Integral Primary Education students from three subjects from different semesters in their undergraduate program were asked to read carefully an incomplete transcript text and write the ending. The analysis of the productions allowed us to identify the believes, wishes and some of the values manifested by the students. Our conclusion was that students were able to get involved in the written composition and understand that it is a complex process.
