The following conference outlines an institutional development experience from the University of Los Andes from the creation of a seminar, which view ofers varied meanings and new pedagogical discourses about learning and teaching of school mathematical knowledge of children and teenagers located on the so-called critical strip of curriculum and schooling, just where one of the most determining academic spaces of early school exclusion and ulterior social desertion is hidden. The reflection and proposals produced by the seminar become an excellent reason for their dissemination, circulation and visibility through the appropriation of the new Communication and Information Technologies ofered by SABER-ULA’s Institutional Repository, a virtual place where seminarists’ academic patrimony is hosted and saved for its broadcast.
