The Cordoba Movement appears as a hopeful political and cultural space. From this perspective, we aim to outline some aspects of this unique movement in Latin America which would mark a limit between tradition and modernity. Its effects on contemporary Colombia University’s reforms are taken into account given its controversial adoption and its effects, contrary to Cordoba’s way of thinking.
