Most of the time education has been conceived as only information transmission-process, not giving importance to the Being itself, a being that above all, is first a human being, with values and skills that when well-directed they provoke positive aptitudes for the development of nations. The following essay invites to apply prospective to evidence the important challenge the actors directing the educational process have: family and educators, since they are the main "models" during the first years of life of any human being; an aspect that gets a bigger connotation if the reflection is made by those who want to study Integral Education, since this way the occupational field would be known not by readings, but in its essence, in the "individual ethical commitment" they acquire when they choose this career.
