In order to theorize on the contents of the conscience of the Abuser Sexual Children`s, it came true present it investigation, with an epistemic womb fenomenologic, using the method hermeneutical fenomenologic of Spiegelberg, under the interpretative paradigm and with a qualitative language. He conformed the unit of study with 5 subjects once minors with regimen of presentations in the supervisory Unit Tecnic were prosecuted by sexual abuse and Orientation in Valencia, to the ones that it came true to glimpsed to depth, with intervening information processing encoding and categorization to explore the conscientious field in relation to experiences, sentiments, cognitive and emotional constructs, experiences, beliefs and moral values. Applying the epistemological filter, epojé and reduction the wombs of categories show eidetic themselves: Religion, family, education and orientation, sexuality, sexual abuse, jail experience, legal experience and moral values. The subjects of study are adult of half age, normal appearance, sexual infantile abusers, with a correlate inconsistent noemátic, since they present a contents noémic of religiousness, morals and hello custom, system of moral values and family sentiments, that he does not love one another with reality; masking his noesis of sexual abuse to children and teens, that they have elaborated like a construct of sociability to protect oneself and to defend oneself of the aggressiveness of the midway that he surrounds him, primarily the penitentiary center and next the society, getting constituted in an important factor of survival and social adaptation. Maintaining latent and without modification that conscientious contents that noetic would be able to manifest itself again.
