PENA PACHECO, Juan Francisco; NAVARRO DIAZ, Luis Ricardo y ARCILA RODRIGUEZ, William Orlando. Research trends around pedagogical practices for juveniles with custodial measures linked to juvenile justice systems. Telos [online]. 2025, vol.27, n.2, pp.724-743. Epub 05-Dic-2025. The present state of the art is developed from the perspective of documentary research, with the aim of identifying research trends about the educational processes of juveniles under custodial measures linked to juvenile justice systems, particularly the pedagogical practices deployed by educational actors in this context, based on a rigorous and systematized exploration of the information collected from literature in the period 2018-2024. For this purpose, a methodology consisting of three phases was used: preparatory, heuristic and hermeneutic, as well as four categories of analysis: objectives, methodology, source of information and theoretical perspectives. Using Atlas.ti software, version 9, and following the logic of open, axial and selective coding, we proceeded to the analysis and interpretation of the codes through the “relevance/opacity” method proposed by Pintos (2003). The results highlight the importance of recognizing the social context as a mediator in the resocialization process of this population and the need to continue conducting more field research that allows for in-depth and critical investigation and interpretation of the power relations that underline the pedagogical practices in the interaction of the educational actors in terms of the ethos of each context.
