INCA-FALCONI, Alex Fabián et al. Ontological and epistemological aspects of soft skills applied to university teaching in the digital era. Telos [online]. 2025, vol.27, n.2, pp.776-791.  Epub 05-Dez-2025. ISSN 2343-5763.  https://doi.org/10.36390/telos272.21.

Soft skills represent a group of personal attributes and competencies that promote inter-subjective interaction, effective communication and the management of emotions in the work and personal environment. The general objective of the research consisted of interpreting the development of soft skills in university education in the digital era. The methodology used was analogical hermeneutics, which facilitated cultural understanding and promotes intertextual dialogue and critical thinking as knowledge experiences. It is concluded that the ethical implications of this research point to the need for the development of a lucid conscience in the university community, promoting in each learning space, a critical reflection on the values that underpin digital educational practices, which has an impact on the type of professionals that are formed for a world that, paradoxically, demands profoundly human qualities in increasingly technological environments.
