Labor politics in Spain for Latin Americans immigrant The actives policies for occupation of the Latin Americans people pretend to contribute to the increase of the incorporation possibilities and labor maintenance of these workers so related to the Spanish culture, combining at the same time, flexibility and security in the job. Beside, in macro-economics terms, the selective performance over the offer and demand, with measures such as the promotion of the privet initiative, the help to the mobility of the sectors with sufficient demand or the direct creation of jobs, that allows reduce the unbalance or maladjustment in the work market.
