Formation for competitions of human resources. The article expounds the vision of the human resource formation from the competitions focus, tendency that allows the development of the organization through the appropriate handling of human resource. This begins with the conceptualization of the formation this process is described according to the traditional focus and then through the competitions focus. The investigation is product of a documental revision, with an informative function. Its conclude that: a) this focus imply a change of conceptions of the human resource formation b) its center in the learning and the result its shows with effectively in the performance c) each individual is responsible for his formation and should be in contact with the organization d) the competitions selfevaluation is the fundamental base and e) the formation is addressee to the knowledge but is also important the been and the making.
