About myths and tendencies in the curriculum’s formation. In this paper its present the product of some reflexions that involve experience and theoretical information about a subject of difficult approach such as the curriculum formulation of any levels or modalities of educative system. In this manner, had been a evaluation of the documents of the last events of national and international character that compile propositions, agreements and last tendencies in educative subjects and specifically curricular subjects. In this context, had been identified some myths that we should throw away about the formulation and development of curriculum such as: a) about the initiatives of curricular reforms, b) about specialist of curriculum, c) about the occurrence of curricular changes, d) about the periodicity of curricular modifications, e) about the independency of curricular knowledge and f) about curricular projects formulated based in foreign experiences. The same way, its review the capacities and personal conditions that should be incorporated by the teachers of the present century for become in an agent of change, that why this aspects have to be part of, for now and then, the professional profile, of the formation and specialization of teachers in their process academics context.
