This article aims to present some reflections on university renovation vis a vis this sector’s problems in a time of crisis and of difficulties to face the challenges of the future. It starts by stating a new trend in the conception and management of the university in the framework of a renovation based on a new humanist approach. Then it analyzes some of these institution’s characterists protocols, which presently exist in a management. Then it sets forth a series of revitalizing actions, and finally concludes that a university renovation in a humanist framework allows to highlight the value of the individual, to foster management and academic administration excellency processes, and to face the challenges of the future as it satisfies the demand for higly qualified professionals and to operate in an environment with full participation and cooperation.
