A new genera and five new species of the Pholcidae family are described: Tibiosa caracensis, Tibiosa casanaimensis, Tibiosa coreana, Tibiosa guayanesa and Tibiosa moraensis. The species have great development of the palpate tibia and a row of spines on the first femur of the legs of male. Drawing of the significant morphological characters, tables with morphometry and a map with typical locality are presented.
