Abstract

Level of satisfaction of the academic personnel of the Instituto Pedagogico de Miranda Jose Manuel Siso Martinez in relation to the style of leadership of the boss of the department, the interpersonal relationships of the attributed members and the system of institutional incentive. This investigation was managed to determine the level of satisfaction of the Academic Personnel of the I.P.M.J.M.S.M., the style of leadership of the Boss of the Department, the interpersonal relationships and the system of institutional incentive. The boarding of the methodology was conceived inside the Descriptive Investigation through the study for survey. The results revealed that: to) The selected variables impact in the level of satisfaction of the personnel. b) Dos departments shows a high-level of satisfaction with regard to the style of leadership and interpersonal relationships, I didnt seize another that has a low-level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. c) Dos departments demonstrated its dissatisfaction as for the institutional incentives system, when not keeping relationship with its expectations. d) The economic retributions only satisfy when they are granted, later on the dissatisfaction continues This diagnosis allows to guide to the Direction, as well as to the departments, when promoting the satisfaction positively, increasing this way the acting and the productivity.
