Abstract

This investigation arose from the need to provide the participating students writing social practices that enable them to increase their skills to produce stories. For this reason, this paper aims to present two stories titled Crazy tales and magic Couples as part of the experience developed at the San Vicente Private Education School, with third grade students. This paper presents a description of the detailed teaching strategies and their implementation. The results produced by such application were analyzed in the light of the characteristics of the story, which were established from the theoretical revision: brevity, narrativity, fictionality, aesthetic language and structure. In conclusion it was found that teaching strategies enabled students to improve their writing skills to produce stories.
