Abstract

The central ideas of the text are moved under the idea of building the legal route by which the Venezuelan public education system was configuring or setting , understanding that this is the result of a long process of institutionalization where different types of forces converge, the expressed by the social needs of hosting a schooling model of the Venezuelan nation, and those derived from a dynamic that emerge from the womb of education aimed at the creation of a regulatory framework for its action in the framework of social institutions. Under this idea we demonstrate the relationships among the educational legislation of Spain, Colombia and Venezuela, the reading will be done essentially from the notion of education and school expressed in the legal framework happened between 1921 and 1830.
