GONZALEZ, Carlos y RODNEY REYNA, Regnoul. Computarized axial acoustic tomography for convective gas flow (air). SAPIENS [online]. 2010, vol.11, n.2, pp.56-59. ISSN 1317-5815.
As it is well known the computarized tomography has many applications in the medical and industrial scope and is used for the preparation of the tomograms with ionizing radiation, x-rays, among others. In this work they apply the ultrasound computarized axial tomography for creating images of the convective flow of hot air at steady state using ultrasonic transducers for gas at a frequency of 40 Khz. For generating tomograms the filtered backprojection algorithm of radon is used as the dependence of the sound in response to the temperature change in the gas.
Palabras clave : acoustic tomography; filtered retroproyeción; gas at steady state.
